World Overcoming Faith

I John 5:1-4 Whosever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him 2) by this we know that we love the children of God when we love God and keep his commandments 3) for this is the love of God that we keep his commandments and his commandments are not grievous 4) for whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world and this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith.

John 16:33 these things I have spoken unto you that in me ye might have peace in the world ye shall have tribulation but be of good cheer I have overcome the world.

I John 4:4 ye are of God little children and have overcome them because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

The word of God should be the first part, middle part and last part of our life. The word of God is our final authority and in it we find the road map to life for the believer. Here in these portions of scripture we’ve just read in God’s word declaring that we already have world overcoming faith. we as believers are not trying to get world overcoming faith we have it right now in Christ Jesus.

This may be hard for some to imagine but there is nothing in this worlds system that faith cannot overcome. Someone said if God wants my problem fixed than He’ll fix it, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. God has done all He is going to do about are problems in life. God sent Jesus Christ to the cross of Calvary for you and for me, and with the finished work of the cross God’s word declares that through faith in God, God can now freely give us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. Jesus said that if you had faith as a grain of a mustard seed you could say unto the mountain be removed and cast into the sea. Well settle the question, do you have faith as a grain of a mustard seed?

As a believer in the Lord we have world overcoming faith that will conquer any situation we face in life. It doesn’t matter what the issue is you’re having, you have world overcoming faith that will overcome any situation. We are joint heirs with Jesus Christ ,we’ve got His word, His name, His blood, His inheritance and His victory. We are in covenant with God not the world system. The world system is a design of failure and it is failing right now.

 When God spoke the world into existence He operated in faith. The word declares that we are to imitate our Heavenly Father and call those things that are not as though they were. We are encouraged to walk by faith and not by sight. If you would just settle the question, do you have faith as a grain of mustard seed? If you do you can say unto any mountain whatever that mountain might be debt, sickness, poverty, job, career, school, be removed and be cast into the sea and it will obey you.

 The word of God declares that the worlds were framed by the word of God. Therefore wouldn’t it stand to reason that it is the word of God that can rearrange it? God’s word is a carrier of faith so when we speak God’s word our words carry faith. Faith is a living force and when we speak God’s word it is as if God Himself spoke and it will accomplish whatever we set it out to do. We are people of faith and we have world overcoming faith right now.
